After using Mozilla browser, I close it at times.  When i use the desktop shortcut, I am asked if i would like to restore or open new.  No what I choose, the opening page flashes and closes.  The only way to open the browser is to restart my computer. Sometimes, I can the page open and click on an app"yahoo mail, and it closes.
Major pain. Can you assist in the resolution?

get dropped or page opens and when I click on the app, get dropped.

So you close the browser, it asks if you want to restore your session or a new one. What do you pick. Then it crashes? If so, please try in Safe Mode http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode, a new Profile, http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Profiles and read https://developer.mozilla.org/En/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report.
