there should be a 'in repository' or 'checked in' flag for attachments (perhaps for patches only?)

For quite awhile I've explicitly marked patches with '[checked in]' when I commit or push something. I find this to be really useful when looking at older bugs, and especially useful when looking at ones with many patches. It would be really helpful to have a 'checked in' checkbox per attachment so I don't have to overload the patch name to do this. Here's an example bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=457721#a0 Is this a feature that would be considered for inclusion? If so, I'm happy to give it a shot.
All you need is a flag named "checked in". This is not something to implement upstream; you just have to ask one administrator of b.m.o to create this flag for the product you think it may be useful.

Hm, that's a good point. For some reason I thought that flags were bug-level only. Apologies for the bug spam!
