Details

Customize the toolbar, remove the quicksearch widget, close, then add it back. After this it' wont work until restart.

In the console I get (after modifying the dump...)
Search Exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80550010 [nsIMsgSearchSession.search]"  nsresult: "0x80550010 (<unknown>)"  location: "JS frame :: chrome://messenger/content/searchBar.js :: onSearch :: line 252"  data: no]
