Trying to visit sover.net I get the following:
Failed to Connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at sover.net.
Though the site seems valid, the browser was unable to establish a connection.
[etc]
Or you can add an exception…
You should not add an exception if you are using an internet connection that you do not trust completely or if you are not used to seeing a warning for this server.
Unless Firefox is volunteering to fix the site for me, it shouldn't give the option to add an exception.
No idea if this site will continue to have connections fail, or what any other sites the error displays on are, sorry.
Also, it doesn't actually let me add the exception, the "Add Exception..." button does nothing.

I get a "network timeout" error, and I don't get an offer to add an exception. Can you try in safe mode or with a new profile?

I got a response on http://www.sover.net/ (not the url posted in this bug), but that doesn't has a problem.
