From a previous install, I have a search xml file, however when I copy the select (or any search xml file) into the searchplugins dir, nothing will show up after a restart of firefox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. copy a search xml file in the searchplugins profile
2. restart firefox
3. nothing shows
Actual Results:
Nothing shows up in the search

Expected Results:
manually copying a search xml file into the searchplugins dir, it should pick it up on the next restart of firefox

this did work in firefox 2.0, not sure about 3.0
