For 790 release 0.2.5.1 original minimum was 1.5. It was reviewed, and made public. Then minimal version had to be updated to 3.0a1. But FX 2 users can still install it from versions page.

Thanks for pointing this out, but it's the desired behavior.

The "all versions" page is called like this for a reason. It gives users the possibility to download any version they may need, for any reason, regardless of what browser they are currently using. If we enabled browser detection on that page, there would be no way for, for example, Firefox 2 users, to get to the file they need. This is why we deliberately disabled all browser detection on the "all versions" page.
