46421 - Weird popout/dropdown menue rendering in general GUI

When opening a dropdown menue in mozilla (M16 and 20000724) menue backgrounds
appear normal. After mouse movement over menue items some parts of the
background appear transparent, others change color.

this has been reported before and is most likely a problem with installing newer
builds on top of older builds.  If you completely delete all older builds along
with your profiles and mozregistry.dat file and then reinstall a current nightly
build the problem should go away.  If it does not go away please reopen this bug.
