Window blind mode shows that the window is behind the main window. Obscuring the window (with some unrelated process window) then exposing will reveal the twitter window. Sometimes, opening another page in another tab on Firefox shows the twitter window. In all cases, bringing the mouse into the twitter window causes the twitter window to close, and the original Firefox window to open. This is likely a Firefox bug, because it is similar to another bug with very similar symptoms that was fixed recently. It only happens when the windowmanager is Windowmaker. It does not happen when the windowmanager is Gnome. (KDE not checked). Twitter: 1.72 both: Linux version 18.104.22.168-0.1-default (geeko@buildhost) (gcc version 4.3.1 20080507 (prerelease) [gcc-4_3-branch revision 135036] (SUSE Linux) ) #1 SMP 2008-08-21 00:34:25 +0200 and Linux version 22.214.171.124-0.2-default (geeko@buildhost) (gcc version 4.3.1 20080507 (prerelease) [gcc-4_3-branch revision 135036] (SUSE Linux) ) #1 SMP 2008-10-21 16:30:26 +0200 WindowMaker version 0.92.0 Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686 (x86_64); en-US; rv:126.96.36.199) Gecko/2008091700 SUSE/3.0.3-1.1 Firefox/3.0.3 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click twitterfox icon to pop up window 2. Use window blind mode on Windowmaker to expose window. 3. Bring mouse into popup Window Actual Results: Popup window outline will be momentarily visible, then hidden. Popup window is exposed when window is moved or hidden. Popup window closes the moment the mouse is moved onto it. Expected Results: Popup window exposed and usable. I think this is a firefox bug given it's strong similarity to another firefox bug that was fixed. Windowmaker has never done anything like this before. (If you do find that it is a Windowmaker bug, please let me know so that I can get them to work on it.)
