I received an email from a AMO user who mentioned that the following link used to provide a RSS feed:
https://addons.mozilla.org/rss/firefox/themes/popular/
It appears that's been changed at some point and should be re-instituted as it's a convenient way for users to keep tabs of updates and popular add-ons.

Yeah, I think we need to re-add that very soon. It's a big inconsistency (we have RSS feeds everywhere but there) and an ugly regression.
