1. Using trunk, load https://addons.mozilla.org
2. Look at the "Other Applications" twisty, at the top-right of the page

Expected Results:

The twisty should be vertically even/aligned with the "Other Applications" text

Actual Results:

The twisty is vertically misaligned

Nope.

Testcase. (I don't know how to reduce in order to remove the dependency on the sprite image, but otherwise as minimized as I can get it.)
Something really weird is happening related to pixel rounding.
