need to update the xul for the checkbox in the Prefill Form Data dialog --the
one which says, "Bypass this screen when prefilling this form in the future".
it's currently outlined in green, which means html is being used (this is in
WalletPreview.xul).

i take it this fix went into the trunk only, right? (i don't see this in the
branch.)

Yes, trunk only.  It wasn't an nsbeta2+ bug.
