The person we finally put in charge of theme work on the platforms who don't currently have that person? :)  In the meantime I'm cc'ing some people who have shown an interest in front end polish level stuff to see if anyone wants to take the bug.

Would this solve the placement problem on all platforms? At least what I can see on OS X is that the twisty for the expanded state is still positioned at the top line of the text and not centered. Or shall I file a new bug on that Johnathan?

I think we can keep that in this bug since the design of the icons may leave whitespace around the visual elements which would impact styling decisions.
