In the Matches section of the filter window, add choices to the where it matches drop-down for the following: Any Header (rather than a specific one), Message Body and Entire Message (any header plus the body).

In the middle column for type of match, add an option to choose regular expressions.

That's not "enhancement" it's enhancements. Whenever you can't fit the topic(s) of your bug into the summary, that's a good sign that you're cramming multiple bugs into one.
