User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.18) Gecko/20081031 SeaMonkey/1.1.13 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.18) Gecko/20081031 SeaMonkey/1.1.13 When trying to run SeaMonkey 1.1.13 and SeaMonkey 2.0 Alpha simultaneously, the version that was launched first will take precedence and will always be the subsequent version that will run. If you run SeaMonkey 2.0 Alpha and later try to run SeaMonkey 1.1.13 separately, it will not work, instead, another SeaMonkey 2.0 Alpha window will open. The same is true vice versa. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run SeaMonkey 1.1.13 2 Run SeaMonkey 2.0 Alpha
This is normal behaviour: when invoking SeaMonkey a second time, you always get a new window in the existing instance... UNLESS SeaMonkey 2 is started with the -no-remote command-line switch, or any still-supported version with the MOZ_NO_REMOTE environment variable defined (typically to 1).
