there are two copies of my Local Folders showing in my folders tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open thunderbird
2.
3.
Actual Results:
two copies of local folders show

Expected Results:
expect one copy of my Local Folders

This started happening a few builds ago. The bug still occurs with the default theme and with all extensions disabled. I tried searching everything to do with local folders, and could not find a similar bug report. Additionally, two copies of Local Folders show up in Accounts, and both reference the same directory, and the same profile (I only have a single profile).

I should note that I do not have IMAP enabled for any account. Also possible relevant, My mailboxes at this point are about 8 years old, and exhibit corruption which I do not seem to be able to fix. Also, larger folders seem to rebuild their index (and do not succeed in getting all of the emails) the first time they are clicked on after each program start.
