Firefox does not encode russian text properly. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. type URL http://lib.homelinux.org 2. 3. Actual Results: Obtain authentification request with bad encoded russian text description Expected Results: Shows russian text encoded properly. MS IE 5.0 encode this text properly. So one could read text in MS IE but it is annoying.
