46513 - My Netscape page does not load fully, browser stops trying

build 2000072508, win 95

-load my.netscape.com
-frequently (though not always), my netscape does not fully load - maybe only 2
or the 3 columns
-in addition, I noticed that even though only 2 columns have loaded, the
throbber stops throbbing, suggesting that it is no longer trying, but the status
bar at the bottom keeps flashing "Sending request to my.netscape.com" and
flashes to something else which I can't read.  This goes on forever.

I'm guessing the component is networking, but I don't know.

I sounded like a webshell/layout. This bug was introduced a about 2 month ago 
after some big checkin and was sitting on the blocker's list. It was pushed away 
from there for some reason. I don't think it's a networking.

Gagan, it's not us. This bug was there for a few month and was introduced by one 
of the jumbo-checkins.
