Attachment: patch for the nsserrors.properties Sinhala - si translation

I did not translated 'nsserrors.properties' for Fx 3.0 but I transalated it for the Fx 3.1.

I have create a patch using  the 'nsserrors.properties' translation of Fx 3.1.
Please check the patch

 diff -Naur ../cvs/si/security/manager/chrome/pipnss/nsserrors.properties  ../hg/si/security/manager/chrome/pipnss/nsserrors.properties
