46521 - 3pane context menu: Image Link selected should match spec

Haven't checked Linux yet.

Overview: When accessing the context menu for an Image - Link, the following  
should appear:

Open Link in New Window
Open Link in Composer
-----------------------
View Image <name>
-----------------------
Copy Link Location
Copy Image
Copy Image Location
-----------------------
Save Link As...
Save Image As...
Add Link to Bookmarks
-----------------------
Image Properties
Link Properties

The context menu that appears is long and requires many changes. Let me know if 
you need a specific list.

I noticed that current implementation about getting Bookmark has ellipsis for
Image-Link.  (the same for Link context menus)

We have now: "File Bookmark for Link..." - with ellipsis.  What dialog to
expect?  Nothing appears when menu item is selected.

Our Mail Spec states for this menu item: 'Add Link to Bookmarks'.  No ellipsis.

Yes, our current implementation has many discrepancies with Spec, including
duplicate mnemonics: selecting "a" brings 'Save File' dialog.  This is what we
expect when want to save Link OR Image?

Context menu for when an image is included in a email, And that image is Also a 
Link.

When Image is Not a link, context menu is different (see spec).

Bugs targeted at mozilla1.0 without the mozilla1.0 keyword moved to mozilla1.0.1
