465221 - Eudora 8.0.0b4 with GPG Enigmail v0.96a crashes every time I try to send an email

Every time I try to send/reply to a message, Eudora crashes.  This only started after I upgraded to Eudora 8.0.0b4.  I've sent multiple crash reports about this using the automated crash reporter.  This is not sporadic.  It happens *every* single time I try to send or reply to a message.  This makes b4 totally unusable to me other than downloading/reading email, thus marking this as "critical".  Here's information about the last time it crashed...

Does the same problem happen if you use the latest Thunderbird? See http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/thunderbird/early_releases/downloads.php to give it a try.

Thanks for the tip.  Actually, I read the docs at the early release site you provided and tried the safe mode.  All worked well there.  Then I took a closer look at my addons.  It appears that the GPG Enigmail addon, version 0.96a installed a few months ago, is causing the crashes.  When I disable it and send mail, everything is fine.  When I enable it and click "Send", right after I enter my passphrase (or set "ignore per-recipient rules), it crashes.

Cool!  I just updated to the latest nightly build (http://enigmail.mozdev.org/download/nightly.php) and it works fine now.  No more problems :-)

Resolving as it's just a matter of upgrading Enigmail to the latest version.
