1) Create VMs (bug#462190), with non-sse, and then do remaining manual setup steps.

2) Get buildbot slaves connecting to staging-master.b.m.o. Verify that all tests run ok, then connect the slaves to production-master.b.m.o

I went ahead and shut down moz2-{linux,win32}nonsse-slave01 since we're not doing anything with them right now.
VMs dont support this, even when they claim the do. Details in
bug#492589#c5. We have therefore deleted the two *nonsse VMs created for this,
as they are useless.
