No Right Hand Scroll Bar on certain websites.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Website Mozilla.Com
2. Use the ADD-ONs Drop Down Menu at Top ... Select THEME
3. The THEME Page will now appear.
4. The Right Hand Scroll Bar will be missing

I went to Help ===> Report a broken website.
I filled in the information including my email.
When I tried to submit the report it failed.

ERROR - SysID Invalid.

Ria, it happens with the Firefox Default Theme ... that's the normal one I use.
I have also tried to clear the Cache ... that did nothing.

So far I have seen the problem at ...

I have gone to these websites using Google Chrome, Apple Safari, and IE7 ... There is No Problem with the Right Hand Scroll Bar when I use these Browsers.

Works for me with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.4) Gecko/2008102920 Firefox/3.0.4 Have you tried:

- Firefox's safe-mode to exclude extension/theme problems
- a new profile
- a reinstall in a new empty folder?

I think it had something to do with sizing of the Navigation Tool Bar on the top.
If you look at attachment number 2, the last item on the navigation bar "Paypal Toolbar" is chopped off and there is no right hand scroll bar.

I REMOVED one item from the navigation bar, that shifted all the following items over to the left.  The last item "Paypal Toolbar" is now OK and the right hand scroll bar appeared.

BTW, I have the same problem with my dreamweaver as with my yahoo mail.  scroll bars disappear.  it contains a custom "generic" browser.  I don't know exactly what kind of browser it is, whether it is webkit or not, but it is very strange and doesn't render *everything* correctly, but it usually does a good job.  

I started having problems after either a certain firefox update or a certain microsoft update a year or so ago.
