The first drag-n-drop of an external link onto the tab bar fails.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Firefox
2. drag a http: link from an external app, such as Thunderbird or a separate
Firefox process, and drop it onto the tab bar background
ACTUAL RESULTS
1. before the drop, there is no visual feedback when hovering the tab bar
2. the operation fails when dropping
If I hover the tab bar, then move the mouse outside, then back over it -
then I get visual feedback and the operation succeeds.
The error only occurs once.
The error does not occur if the same process is the drag source.
EXPECTED RESULTS
Visual feedback and successful drop.
PLATFORMS AND BUILDS TESTED
