I think this should be enabled by default. I would be happy with having only session cookies supported (i.e.: no need to persist them between sunbird restarts). Note that I did try to play unsuccessfully with the "*cookie*" config options. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

Given Beehive is EOL, I'm going to close this bug. If other servers need this, we can reopen.
