Details

Using Build # 2000-07-24-08 Browser: 1. Collapse the Navigation Toolbar. 2. Collapse the Personal Toolbar. 3. Expand the Personal Toolbar (grey collapsed widget). 4. Expand the Navigation Toolbar (the blue collapsed widget). The Personal Toolbar now appears ABOVE the Navigation Toolbar. Expected Results: Like 4.x, it shouldn't matter what order you collpase/expand the toolbars, they should return to their correct position/order when expanded. The same thing occurs in the Mail Envelope Area.
