Updated last week, since then the browser part of SeaMonkey always crashes. It is not possible to load it at all. Email client is fine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and updating to no avail. Which product/version are you using ?
Vista(6.0.6000.2.0.0.256.6) = VistaBiz (32bit) SeaMonkey(1.8.20081.3105) = latest stable public release 1.1.13
Can you try a new profile, and see if that works for you? It sounds like something in your profile (possibly even an extension) is interfering with the app.
Reporter, can you try and reproduce with SeaMonkey v1.1.14 or 2.0a2 ? (2.0a2 version isn't stable enough for everyone's daily use yet).
