Created attachment 348866 [details] screenshot showing resize-insensitive strips STR: 1. Move mouse cursor around the lower-right corner of a Firefox 3 window. EXPECTED RESULTS: The whole bottom-right corner should trigger the resize cursor. ACTUAL RESULTS: Some strips of the bottom-right corner trigger a normal arrow instead of resize cursor. Specifically, it seems like there's a line of resize-insensitivity *barely* below the dotted-triangle, and one to its right as well. I think it's just 1px wide, but I'm not sure. I'm attaching a screenshot showing what I mean, and I'll attach OGG screencasts to demonstrate both expected behavior (from Gnome gedit) and actual behavior (in a Firefox nightly) OS: Ubuntu 8.10 Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1b2pre) Gecko/20081118 Minefield/3.1b2pre ID:20081118020400
Summary: GTK bottom-right resizer widget shows arrow cursor in places → GTK bottom-right resizer widget is insensitive (shows arrow cursor) in places
Created attachment 348871 [details] OGG screencast: broken behavior Here's a screencast of the broken behavior. Notice the cursor flickering between an arrow and a resize-tool as it moves around the window's lower-right corner.
Created attachment 348873 [details] OGG screencast: expected behavior (using gedit) Here's the expected behavior, using "gedit". Notice how the *whole* lower-right corner of the window triggers the resize tool, including the area from the dotted-triangle right up to the edge of the window.
Adding dependency on bug 118299, which added the implementation of our GTK resizer, AFAIK.

FWIW, this issue remains in Ubuntu 10.10 alpha & my Firefox 4.0pre nightly. Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:2.0b6pre) Gecko/20100909 Firefox/4.0b6pre
