Details

When loading LICQ"s web page, the roll-over buttons in the left frame are spaced incorrectly. That stops me from navigating to certain sections of the site. The "buttons" are spaced correctly in NN 4.x and IE (all versions)
WORKSFORME, build 2000-07-28-08 on Windows 98 SE. Left frame has Transitional DOCTYPE. See bug 42388.
