the 'checkin' flag is disabled (and has been for years). it should not be listed as a flag i can choose to opt out of.
This is a bmo-specific feature.

Also, flags which are not specifically requestable should not be listed either. And I don't think displaying "-multiplicable-specifically requestable-" is useful.
