1. there's nothing about 'Name and Password' that implies anything relating to mail delivery this could be fixed by using the word 'Identity' instead of 'Name' 2. please add a link near 'PGP/GPG Key Mails sent for security bugs will have no content unless you enter your ASCII-armored public PGP/GPG key here:' which points to the policy announcement/plans. especially since today this isn't actually true.
note that dveditz indicated he'd expect to see pgp settings under 'Email Preferences' which is where i'd expect to see it. so if you're going to leave the tab unfixed, please add a pointer on the 'Email Preferences' tab that says "you can set your PGP key on the <point 1> tab"
I actually wouldn't expect to see it at all, anywhere. and if someone told me Bugzilla had a PGP key feature/requirement I'd expect they would also tell me where to go if they expected me to use it. But if if happened that someone told me about the PGP key thing and perversely left me on my own as some sort of human-factors experiment, "Email Preferences" would be the first place I'd look. But its current location near the password would be the second place I'd look, and there's more space there so I have no real complaint about its placement. It's totally unclear what "mail sent for security bugs" covers, though. Is it any private group? only core-security?

I don't think this is necessary, because you will actually get an email that explains it if it ever affects you.

Bugzilla doesn't currently have these capabilities. (And the SecureMail extension puts the GPG key box on the Email preferences tab, so FIXED is also a possible resolution option.) Gerv
