46573 - Default plugin crashes on page with redirection

Description

1. Have the default plugin installed
2. Have JavaScript disabled
3. Go to a page with a plugin of unknown type and timed out redir in META tag
4. Watch the default showing itself as a puzzle piece
5. If Plugin not Loaded dialog doesn't come up, click on the icon to invoke it 
before the page gets redirected
6. Wait for the page to refresh with new URL
7. Hit Get Plugin button on the dialog and see the crash

Checked in fix in the default plugin. Not that if you copy the binary to 4.x 
plugins folder it will crash in MFC. Mozilla works fine due to not using MFC.
