After selecting "Page Setup..." from the "File" menu, the "Print" and "Page Setup..." options are no longer available, i.e., 'grayed-out' in the "File" menu.  Using the keyboard <CMD>-P will still activate the print dialog, but the options under the "File" menu remain unavailable.  Further, switching between another application and Firefox, even just switching to and from the Finder, re-activates the unavailable options under the "File" menu.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.File menu, select Page Setup...
2.File menu -> now options Page Setup... and Print... are unavailable.
