Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open customize dialog 2. Try and drag an item to the toolbar (Also happens when reordering toolbar) Expected Results: Icon appears on toolbar in specified position. Default theme, tested without addons.
This should be fixed by: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=465231 Update to today's build.
Whoops. I didn't find that after my search. Just upgraded and it's all fine
