Need to add text and a link to the what's new page of 3.05.

Locales Affected:
English
French
Italian
Japanese
Polish
Portuguese
Spanish
German
Chinese
Chinese-TW

I will add the text (already translated) shortly and the link to each survey.  Just wanted togive you a heads up.
