When using Rosetta Stone online foreign language apps Firefox starts loading the app and starts spitting out errors, then says the app wants to use an older version of java.  At this time you can click to use the older version but by now the app has already crashed.

1. Try to play a rosetta stone foreign language app online.

These errors:

TypeError: RouterFrame.document.RouterJavaClass.RouteIt0 is not a function

JSAPI 'forward0' can't make Java call to 'LMSGetLastError'

TypeError: RouterFrame.document.RouterJavaClass.RouteIt0 is not a function

JSAPI 'forward1' can't make Java call to 'LMSGetErrorString' with param '101'

Expected Results:  
The app starts normally, possibly poll which version of java should be used BEFORE attempting to load the app.

On my windows version it asks whether or not to use the older version of java (after it spews out errors) then continues to crash.  On the linux version it just seems to spew out the same errors then crash.
I think if Firefox were to figure out which java version it needed before trying to run it, the app would not crash.

This app works fine in Internet Exploder (Just to rub some salt in it =P )

This is a mass search for Firefox General bugs filed against version 3.0 that are UNCO and have not been changed for 200 days.

Reporter, please update to Firefox 3.6.10 or alter. Firefox 3.0 is no longer supported and is no longer receiving updates. After you update, please create a fresh profile, http://support.mozilla.com/kb/managing+profiles, and test to see if your bug still exists. If you still the bug, then please post a comment with the version you tested against, and the problem. If the issue is no longer there, please set the RESOLUTION to  RESOLVED, WORKSFORME.

No reply from reporter, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
