didn't realize this was assigned to me! I fixed this a different way than the
patch

I don't see any boxes in aug15 commercial m18 build. I assume you're talking
about visible box outlines around the unread/total message count in the lower
right corner of the mail window status bar when a folder is selected.
This is either not fixed or I need more details.

hrm, i see it in my linux source build from today and i think i've seen it in
other builds. Yes it should look similar to nc4 and for a while there were no
boxes. It sounds like it's time for you to move this bug to bugsplat.

Communicator 4 displays unread/total without boxes... In 4.x the count is in the
location bar or as a column in the folder pane. I don't see outline boxes for
either in 4.7... unless they've changed in 4.75.
(for 6.0) Is this only pertinent to classic skin? Or perhaps only to be in
mozilla?
Alec, Scott, comments please. I don't want to log a bugscape bug without
sufficient info.
I'm looking at today's (commercial) builds on both NT and linux, no difference.

the bug is really that the unread/total didn't used to work like the rest of the
status bar. this is long fixed (it was my first checkin to beta3)
