The first time you l-click on the Bookmarks item you get a New Bookmark dropdown menu instead of a dropdown menu showing existing bookmarks and options to create/rearrange existing bookmarks.

Existing bookmarks dropdown menu appears the second time you l-click on the Bookmarks item.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open FireFox browser window
2.L-Click on Bookmarks item 
3.
Actual Results:  
New Bookmark dropdown menu appears on right side of screen

Expected Results:  
Existing Bookmarks dropdown menu should appear

Close the New Bookmark dropdown menu
L-click on the Bookmarks item
Existing Bookmarks dropdown menu appears
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
