46634 - Deletion of Sent folder should inform the user

If the user delete the folder that is used as Sent folder, the user should be 
informed of this. Something like:
"This folder is currently used to store sent mails. Are you sure that you want 
to delete this folder?"
If the user deletes the folder, the Sent folder could be set back to fx Inbox...
Or the Sent folder on Local Folders.

If the Sent folder is re-pointed, the user should be informed of this, too, and
be allowed to choose an alternative target (local Sent Mail makes a fine
default).  "Don't save copies of messages I send" should be one of the options
presented, against the possibility that the user means to disable the feature by
deleting the folder.

I think we already have a bug to not allow deletion of special folders such as
Sent.  I think we also have a bug about the special folder flag not necessarily
being updated, too.  Will look for bug numbers...

I'm QA assigning to huang, since she owns the related bug.  
Related bug #33235 is about deleting special folders, but I'm not sure of final
decision/outcome for 6.0 so I'll leave this one open, too, and cc jefft
(although he won't be back for another month). 

I think the idea is if it's marked as a special folder (when you have it
specified in the Copies & Folders prefs as a destination folder) it shouldn't be
able to be deleted. Once you don't have it specified in the prefs, you can
delete it... and some side issues.

The other related bugs about special folder flag updates are bug 45395 and bug
30750, both futured, but the problem(s) may not affect folks consistently.

I am not sure that we will do this or not?
Based on the investigation that I have done in bug 33235 which included all the 
special folders (Sent, Trash, Template, Drafts) The investigation which also 
covered the special folders'implamentation which related to the setup of the 
preference. Please see my comments/investigation for Communicator 4.x on

For Sent folders, no matter you set to server or local, it always allow to 
delete Sent folder.....

Since bug 33235 has been nominate for beta3 correctness, I am thinking for 
handling bug 33235 is more important than this one, will let developer to decide 
whether we should have this error message display for Sent folder for Netscape 6
