Select boxes leaving dropdown frame behind after selection is made

Details
Using Linux build 2000072621, the select form fields on any page are leaving
behind the dropdown frame after the selection has been made.
The residual frame is removed when the focus leaves the select box.
I tried this under the equivilant nightly build for windows and couldn't
reproduce the problem there.
I searched for this bug and couldn't find it, but i'm new at this, so I
appologise if it is already known.

Reporter, what do you mean by "residual frame"? Are you talking about the small
black border that indicates that the select box has the focus? Or are you
talking about the frame that is drawn around the drop-down menu?
This is probably a dupe of Bug 39992.
