Most of the time, I personally want to see the updated bug when I click Commit on show_bug. Sometimes, I'd like to step through the bug list, though. So, it's not a preference in the sense that it's my preferred way of how Bugzilla should work, but it's a situation-dependent thing.

I propose to dump the pref, and put two buttons on show_bug instead:
    "Commit"   "Commit and show next bug in list"

The second button must be shown only if there is a list, and if the current bug is in the list.

Instead of replacing the pref, the two-buttons way could be an additional option to the pref.

Personally, I'm against this UI change. How is Commit supposed to work for those who don't want to see the updated nor the next bug? Would you introduce a third button? We all have our preferred workflow, and I doubt we differ a lot from it once the user pref is set up. And for the very rare cases where your workflow is different, it's better to click the Previous or Next link rather than having this additional button, IMHO.

Cannot even stay up at all on 3.5.4 beta crashes right upon activating it it closes so fast i can't even see a error number i am then looking at my desk top
