The url bar sometimes starts with the first entry selected when typing text.  This places the enter the focus for the enter key at a different place than expected.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Begin typing in the url bar
2.Notice which entry is selected



This doesn't happen all the time, but is common enough to be frustrating.

I can't seem to reproduce this with Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.4; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3pre) Gecko/20090101 Shiretoko/3.1b3pre

Is this a duplicate of bug 410328?  Comment 0 is a bit vague, but I think it is describing the same thing.

This happens to me a lot.  It does interrupt the work flow.  I think it is a duplicate, but it also appears on the mac.
