After the crash, a message is displayed as 'All the information is lost in the browser' & a pop-up appears stating some message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Loaded the URL : http://voyages.kelkoo.fr/c-172201-billet-davion.html
2.As soon as the page is loaded, the browser goes of with a pop-up message
3.The message displayed is for your customer care.
Actual Results:  
The browser crashed suddenly & all the cookies,stored information was deleted

Expected Results:  
It should provide an alert message.

Please read http://new.quality.mozilla.org/bug-writing-guidelines. You are getting a crash, so you should have crash ids (unless you are using a distro). Also, I recommend you update to Firefox 3 (http://www.mozilla.com/firefox?from=sfx&uid=223287&t=305).
