Need to add a link to the all en locales' "what's new page".  Link should only
appear 10% of the time. The script should be in whatsnew.js

Might want to hold off on this one... still needs some work, as per discussion in other bug.

Also, Kohei, you shouldn't be using private comments like comment #3. Only security group members can see those comments, which means they are of no use to anybody in webdev. Private comments are meant _only_ for security bugs.

dveditz, not sure how you want to handle this one.

Can you change the password and unhid the comment? You can privately e-mail the password to people if they need to see it.

Just added a link to the survey page. It replaces "サポートが必要ですか？" with "Firefox の改良にご協力ください" section, 10% of the time.

We'd like to change the following sentences:

One last request: Can you up the % of people who see the survey from 10% to 50%?  We havent gotten anywhere close to the number of responses needed and I'm hoping this will help.
