On a https page
(http://smartbear.com/book-order-international.php -> purchase)
the credit card # is auto-completed by firefox once it has been used. This is a security issue, I wouldn't like firefox to remember it or expiration date. 
The other fields (address) should be remembered though.

How can you tell what to store or not? (is there html markup?)
There's no way for a browser to know what data is sensitive or not.
