The scrollbar was not there for that page.
Status: NEW → RESOLVED

Works fine for me. I have a scrollbar.

If you're still seeing the problem (i.e., it wasn't a temporary problem in one
of the daily build), if you resize the window does the scrollbar appear?
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
Fixed in April 13th Build.
