That is no bug in Firefox, they are doing browser sniffing and don't allow Firefox or Seamonkey.
What did [e-mail] answered ?
(I hope you contacted them first before creating this bug)

Reporting the site broken for Firefox 3:

Install https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/59?id=59 and pretend to be IE 7 to workaround this.

No idea why this is filed under "Arabic", but this is definitely a problem on all platforms.

You can test a browser for the criteria they think are important by going to 

https://www.autotask.net/Public/BrowserDetect/browserDetect.aspx?init=1&skip=1&testNum=2

Among the requirements: Windows and ActiveX. That means their browser-sniffing is actually *right*, but it doesn't really excuse their incompetent Web design that resulted in a site that doesn't work without ActiveX.

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
