467127 - Geo-location Detection fails and send you to Update Servers in Taiwan or Japan

It seems we have a Problem with the Geo-location System. During Update Tests from 2.0.0.14 to 2.0.0.18 i was send to update Servers in Japan and Taiwan.

My IP during one tests was 79.207.79.119

The Update Server i got is : ftp.stu.edu.tw

(and btw this Server is also very slow and timing out :)

There is no Geolocation system on bouncer currently.  We're targeting early 2009Q2 to get that implemented currently.
