User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1b2) Gecko/20081125 Firefox/3.1b2
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1b2) Gecko/20081125 Firefox/3.1b2

I have a removed search bar, no bookmark toolbar and I check "use small icons." When tearing a tab, the new window is reset to the default UI settings.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Tear Tab
Actual Results:
UI has normal sized icons, with toolbar with search bar.

Expected Results:
Should keep the same preferences and apply to the new window created.

This works fine for me. Have you tried:

- Firefox's safe-mode to exclude extension/theme problems
- a new profile
- a reinstall in a new empty folder?

Thanks, yeah all better.

Used: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Migrating_settings_to_a_new_profile

I have been using 3.0.4, FF 3.1b1, MF 3.1b2pre, MF 3.1b3pre, now FF 3.1b2. I'm after all that migration my profile got ruined.
