46718 - Can't add bookmarks

I can add bookmarks via the menu item, but not by dragging them into the
bookmarks sidebar, or the Manage bookmarks window (I get the following warning
when I try that).  Manage bookmarks always shows an empty window, and export
bookmarks doesn't create a file.  Bookmarks I add with the menu item (off the
main browser) for Add Current Page are added to the menu.

Fresh build, 7/27/00, FreeBSD 3.3

Fixed in 8/21/00 fresh pull/clobber.  Probably was a side-effect of problems
displaying trees.
