If the user double clicks the Bookmarks menu _directly_ after opening Firefox, Firefox will ask to add the current page as a bookmark.

Expected result: Double clicking the bookmarks menu should just open and close the bookmarks menu.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2. As soon as you see the menu, double click the Bookmarks menu item
Actual Results:  
Firefox will ask to add the current page as a bookmark.

Expected Results:  
Double clicking the bookmarks menu should just open and close the bookmarks menu.
